BRING N BUY

The AireCon Bring n Buy is a great way to sell some of the games you’re done with, as well as grabbing a bargain!

BUYING GAMES
If you wish to browse the Bring n Buy for games to buy just head over, have a look and then take the games you wish to purchase to the checkout, you will be able to see what’s available in the Bring n Buy on the G.A.M.E System as they are put into the Bring n Buy which will be switched on shortly before the event.

Please note: at peak times there may be queues in place to access the Bring n Buy.

All items are sold as seen, but we will provide a place for you to check the game(s) before you purchase them, we are unable to process any refunds or exchanges on sold items.

SELLING GAMES
If you wish to sell games you will need to register an account on our G.A.M.E System when it goes live shortly before the event (even if you have previously registered an account), and upload your games for sale in advance. Head to the Bring n Buy when you wish to check your games in, they will be barcoded and made available for sale.

  • We do our best to keep your games secure, but all items are left at the seller’s risk and we cannot be held responsible for lost property or damaged items.

  • You must pick up any cash and/or unsold games at the Bring n Buy before is closes on the final day of the convention, any leftover cash or money will be donated as we see fit.

  • Please confirm that your games are complete before adding them to the system. If it is found that pieces are missing before it is sold, it will be taken off sale for you to pick up.

  • Depending on the volume of games being checked in, the number of submissions may be limited to 10 items per person.

  • There is a small charge on any sold games to cover operating costs of the Bring n Buy, any extra money will be donated to charity, the fee is worked out as 10% of total sales rounded down to the nearest £1, minimum of £1. This will be deducted from your cash as you pick it up.
