FOOD AND DRINK

We will have some great food and drink offerings available, catering to a variety of diets at good prices at the Matcham’s outlets in Halls B & C, and at the Food Faire at the Hilton Hotel next door.

We ask that you don’t bring in your own hot food into the convention centre whilst the onsite options are open (including food from the Food Faire), and no alcohol at any time. Bag searches will be taking place, anything not permitted will be confiscated, and can be collected on leaving the venue if labelled. Snacks and sealed soft drinks are permitted, there are free water fountains available on site.

If there’s nothing that takes your fancy onsite, Harrogate town centre is only five minutes from the Convention Centre. If you are unable to find something that caters to your dietary requirements, please let security know on arrival, before bag search, and we can arrange for you to bring your own food and drink.

You’ll also be able to obtain an AireCup, which will give you a £1 discount on tea and filter coffee from the Matcham’s outlets in Halls B & C, as well as you being able to keep the mug!

Matcham’s will be providing a delivery service of hot and cold food, which will come to a point near your table, just scan a QR code at the venue for more details.
