Peacekeepers is a game of crime-fighting capers in a fantasy city. It uses modular character creation to get you up and playing in minutes.
Midrealmia is a land of infinite variety, filled with any and all of the peoples and creatures you might expect in a fantasy setting - and all of them in a constant state of conflict and turmoil. At the centre of the land (at least on the maps drawn locally) is the city of Arcanopolis. Amidst the endless tumult of conflict, Arcanopolis is a place of relative peace. It is driven by industry, innovation and – above all – trade. Arcanopolis is the only place in Midrealmia that an orc, an elf and a gnome can sit down peaceably and strike a deal – perhaps even strike up a friendship.
However, peace doesn't keep itself. Amid simmering resentments, deep-seated prejudices, complex politics and high-value commerce, there are all manner of opportunities for unrest and crime. You are the the thin chain-mail line that keeps the city functioning. You are the Peacekeepers.

Chief Constable Twoldfer Thischitt is in an even worse mood than normal; he's barely slept for a week thanks to the awful noise of centaur street racers clattering around the city at night, despite the force's best efforts to catch them. Last night there was some kind of accident, and it's your job to investigate.
